Account Information
Accounts: Each user may have only one NosVarya account.
Sharing credentials: You may not share, sell, or transfer your login information.
Account Termination
You may suspend your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if:
You violate these terms or rules
You fail to pay fees or issue unauthorized transactions
We determine inappropriate use of account/payment info
Virtual Goods, Currency, and Purchases
Virtual Content has no real-world value or ownership.
Virtual Content may be earned or purchased via various means (credit card, crypto, events).
Ownership rights do not transfer to you. Content is licensed only for use within NosVarya.
We may alter, remove, or disable virtual items at any time with or without notice.
If the server undergoes a complete reset, the staff is not obligated to refund the coins or Money that have been purchased.

General Behaviour
Only one account per player is allowed. You are not allowed to harass other people, You are not allowed to leak someones private information, You are not allowed to ask for gold, any kind of item or boost to a member of staff, You are not allowed to insult our staff members, You are not allowed to write the same message multiple times. (Spam in General & Speaker chat), You are not allowed to insult or disrespect others, You are not allowed to send links in chat or speaker, You are not allowed to use any form of sexism, racism or homophobia, You are not allowed to advertise any other server,
Bugs & Glitches You are not allowed to abuse any bugs or glitches, You are not allowed to publish any information about bugs or glitches, You must report any bugs or glitches to the staff, You are not allowed to keep items that got generated out of a bug / exploit, You must report any kind of suspicious trade (example: 1g Shining Blue Souls on NosBazaar) as these might be cheated items,
Hacks & Bots
You are not allowed to use any hack/bot that gives you an advantage, Macros, 3rd party programs & unauthorized applications are not allowed, As soon as a program allows you to play the game without physically playing it, it's considered as botting,
Account Sharing
We highly recommend to NOT share your accounts with others, You lose all support privileges for the shared accounts. (appeals,reports,tickets etc.), In case of an IP ban, your accounts may get banned too because your IP are linked, In case of a rulebreak, the account will get banned. Not the person behind it,
Hacks & Bots
You are not allowed to use any hack/bot that gives you an advantage.
Macros, 3rd party programs & unauthorized applications are not allowed.
As soon as a program allows you to play the game without physically playing it, it's considered as botting.
Account Usage
You are not allowed to have more than 1accounts
Accounts are counted with the IP using it. Not the player.
It's not allowed to use third-party-programs or a phone connection to get another IP address.
Scamming
You are not allowed to scam or participate in a scam.

Transactions are your own responsibility. We will NOT refund any items that got lost in a scam.
We do not refund the items that you dropped on the ground. PSA: We recommend you take a screenshot of every trade.
Charge back in the NosVarya Shop
In case of a chargeback, your account will get banned until the case got cleared.
This includes your paypal account getting suspended, or paypal re-requesting the money because of insufficient balance.
Advertisment
You are not allowed to advertise other NosTale P servers.
You are allowed to advertise your twitch stream / youtube channel.
alking about other games is not considered as advertisment.
Rainbow Battle
You are not allowed to register with more than one account
You are not allowed to intentionally throw the game (AFK , griefing, etc.)
If your whole team agrees on surrendering, you are not allowed to go afk (atleast 5 minutes playtime), you can use $ff in order to initiate surrender voting.
Discord
Your Discord actions can affect your ingame account
Commend-Abuse
You are not allowed to abuse the commend feature by creating multiple accounts in order to raise your points in the popularity list.

Chat Rules
You are not allowed to write the same message multiple times.
You are not allowed to highlight your message by writing it in capital letters.
You are not allowed to insult or disrespect others.
You are not allowed to pretend to be someone you are not.
You are not allowed to use any other language then english > in #general-english.
You have to use the #language-channels for conversations in another/other language(s)
You are not allowed to use any form of sexism, racism or homophobia.
You are not allowed to post any NSFW related content.
Please keep all gif, meme related stuff in #memes-but-not-nsfw.
You are not allowed to leak any real life information about someone.
Please keep all off-topic conversations in off-topic channel.
Communication with the staff
You are not allowed to ask for any kind of item or boost.
You are not allowed to try to get an advantage out of a situation with any staff member.
You are not allowed to ping the staff, unless it's an emergency.
If you feel treated unfairly by any GS or other staff members, please contact Karen.
Always contact a GS first. They will decide if a higher tier staff is needed for the situation.
Discord names & profile pictures
You are not allowed to fake an identity of any staff.
You are not allowed to use sexual, obscene or racist names.
You are not allowed to include insults in your names.
You are not allowed to have any NSFW related content as a profile picture.
Bugs & Glitches
You are not allowed to publish any information about bugs or glitches.
You are forced to report any bug or glitch you get to know.
Advertisment
You are not allowed to advertise other NosTale servers.
You are allowed to advertise your twitch stream / youtube channel.
Talking about other games is not considered as advertisment.
